Hey guys, this is the best market for buyers. How do I know? I’ve been through California cycles and this is one of the most hopeful times of the last few years. I’ll bet you didn’t know that house prices actually increased in the month of April. Right, they did! But the media doesn’t think that is interesting, much more interesting to report bad news.
