The LaMonica Group consists of five full time real estate agents including Peter LaMonica the founder of the team and two administrative assistants. PETER LAMONICA
I spent over a decade in the radio and television broadcasting business selling advertising time to some of the largest advertising agencies in the world, prior to my entering real estate. As an account executive and later as a local sales manager for a number one rated Los Angeles radio station, I sharpened my negotiation skills every day and gained a keen sense for what it takes to market a product, create a buzz and sell a product or service. It was in these early years that I quickly learned the necessary skill set needed to move buyers to purchase. As you might imagine this played an important role in shaping my future.
After a very fulfilling and accolade filled career in the broadcasting / advertising business I was ready for the ultimate challenge of residential real estate sales. I began my new career working for REMAX under the wing of an agent that specialized in Estate Sales and was recognized in 2002 as the number one producer company wide. Again, I was a quick study and absorbed all that I could like a baby chick until I flew off on my own and Joined REMAX Grand Central. My first six months in this new office I took first place in the office’s New Listing Contest where I was competing with more than 80 real estate agents. I then went on to be recognized as a multi-million dollar producer and became a part of the esteemed REMAX PLATINUM CLUB, which is a company wide designation reserved for only a very small percentage of top producers. At the peak of my experience there I was recognized as one of the TOP 3 largest producers in the entire office for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007!
REMAX is a dynamic, power- house in real estate. Nobody sells more real estate than REMAX! We are extremely client driven and home to several of the San Fernando Valleys top producing real estate agents. MAGGIE ORECK
Born in Colombia and educated as a licensed architect, Maggie Oreck came to the U.S. and attended UCLA where she studied computer graphic design.
Maggie is one of the LaMonica Group’s buyers’ specialists who brings a thoughtful precision to househunting. Her clients know they are her priority. Also in charge of all back office activity, Maggie acertains that each step of escrow goes smoothly.
